Also as mentioned some clear pictures of the white connectors on the top side of the board so we can see/read the writing by them

let us know when you have your new fuse also it maybe worth you building a dim bulb tester to test your psu for shorts as it saves blowing new fuses and more parts i have attached a picture of basic one that easy to build with parts you may have already

its up to you if you fit a new fuse and you still have a short theres a chance you will blow the new fuse plus extra parts using this tester if you have a short when you plug the tv in the bulb lights bright so indicates a short if bulb goes dim its usually ok too power up etc so up too you if you build one a lot of us on this site probably use one a lot too save newly fitted parts.

with the bulb tester i turn on the tv.
once bulb lights and within in a second it turns off
after discharging the 450v cap it lights up for another second,
board is not in the tv

what watt bulb are you using? i use a 60 watt i think without looking.

im not sure if using a low watt bulb will matter have you got a 60w or a 100w bulb you can use?

so you have fitted the new correct fuse to the psu then used the dim bulb tester and buld flashed and went off? if thats the case we can start testing voltages again we need to see why the boosted voltage is not there i have found a data sheet for the larger ic but cant seem to find one for the 230d6 ic
