Vizio e472vle issues

Picked up this tv for free. Owner said it quit working. I brought it home, plugged it in, turned it on.
I reset it to factory default, was scanning for channels and it turned off.
Now I can't get it to turn on.
I get 168v (I think) across the main cap. 5.1v on the pins labeled 5v on the power supply.
No voltage on the 12v pins.
Sorry, I'm in my car posting this while the wife is in the grocery store.

Give us the DCV readings of all the pins, except GND pins, report in the format with pin name first and follow by the DCV when the TV is OFF and when the power switch is activated so we can see what Voltages and command signals are missing.

Pins 1,2,3 are 5.3v with the tv off. No change when I press the power switch. No other voltages on cn201.

IF all other pins are all 0VDC then the main board is not sending any command signals to the power supply board at all.

Thanks. There are no main boards at all on eBay.
What component would likely be bad on it?
