    BlueDiamond Model:BD32LCDS. Blown component (Identify)

I have a 32" BlueDiamond TV which won't power on. I removed the power board and identified a blown component but i'm unsure of the part name/number and whether or not i should test/replace anything else on the board in relation to it. I've attached pics of the board. Any help greatly appreciated

Tbh it might be easier and just as cheap to replace the whole board, you can use any universal 3.3-24v output Tv psu.

So still have this in my spare room just sitting there taking up space. Anyone care to link me to a cheap complete replacement power board on ebay or amazon? TIA

Just fine an Leke or Megmeet psu for 32" which has the same board mounts will work.
