Wondering if someone can help me with this one..

TV doesnt power up .

When trying to turn the tv on i can see the power light blink green for a split second then nothing ..

Ive posted a couple of pics of the board since im not sure of what all the pins are since they are not labeled ..

Heres what i get on the pins starting with the pin marked on as you can see in the pics..

On:0.00
Pin 2:0.00
Pin 3:3.92
GND:0.00
GND:0.00
12V: 0.00
12V: 0.00
Pin 8:0.00
5V: 0.00
Pin 10:0.00
9V: 0.00

The rest of the pins for the 24V and ect all have 0.00 volts on all of them..

Anyone have any ideas?

What is the P/N of the IC N609 on the bottom side of the board? It is by the connector that has ON pin.

Right now the main board is not sending the 'ON' command signal to turn on the rest of the power supply.

It's marked EH16A

According to the spec sheet, EH16A (1117-3.3) is 3.3V regulator (Page 3 of the spec sheet) but you are getting 3.92VDC on pin 3 (STBY 3.3V), so that IC is bad.

Replaced That IC with same part number ..

I get 3.29 volts on the pin now but all other pins are the same as posted tv still doesn't power up ..

Well, we correct one problem on the power supply, now we have to fix the problem on the main board next since the main board is not sending the PSON signal to turn on the rest of the power supply.
You can do really good visual inspection first, the look for any fuses, check the Voltages of the regulators, etc.

We need the pictures of the whole back side of the TV showing all the boards.
