Hello,

i got a problem with my samsung le32a436t1d
i quess its the t-con board fail, but i need confirmation to be sure

Here are some pictures of the problem.

somethimes the screen is fine, but most of the time the frames goes realy slow and wrong colors (brown/yellow tint)

hope someone can tell me what the problem is

Double images like that can be bad panel.
Did you try reseating the cables already?

Yes i did, cleaned the connections,

yesterday i saw a Maxim Max9590 chip on the t-con and the backsite of the chip is yellowisch... looks like the chip went to hot.

the ribbon cables on the lcd panel when you push it it doesnt give results but thats not always the issue of panels

but if the lcd fails, why when the tv is on, and playing a movie of standard tv signal, the screen comes to normal after a minute of 30.. and 1 hour later it turns back badly

Tab bonding is part of the LCD panel assembly which you cannot easily repair or replace.

ive added on all ribbon cables thermal pads, no result
ive made a new video, hope to see what the problem is,

when play movie/game screen is pretty normal but slow, no double screen

i also found this on the cable from lcd to t-con..

are the spots on the cable normal?

Did you take metal frames off the LCD panel assembly to get to the tab bonding boards?

yes i did

Edit: there is 1 tab that makes the screen orange.. the others no problem, but the double screen and distored/slow screen is still available

If the connections on the tabs are good then nothing should change when you put pressure on the tab bonding (the bonding of the conductor traces of flex PCB to the rigid PCB traces).
