    LG50PA5500 shuts off randomly...

i have a TV that comes on just fine, then after about 5 -10 minutes will shut off. After the TV sits for several hours or a day or so, it will come on just fine again, then after a few minutes just shut off again. When it shuts off, pressing the remote ON/OFF or the ON/OFF button on the TV itself does nothing, you have to wait. I can also hear buzzing/humming noises from both boards on each end.

    Random info:

clicking: only one click when i power the TV on and one click when it shuts off.

The red LED at bottom left stays on. The red LED on the video board stays on.

The green LED on the control board? (small board under power supply) blinks, looks like a pattern to it.

I looked for visual signs of bad capacitors, specifically the C802. didnt notice any.

The TV belongs to my inlaws and i really don't have much time to troubleshoot. If it sounds like a power supply issue, we can go ahead and just order one and be done with it.

Sounds like Mb fault to me, try running test patterns see if it shuts off while running them.

          FUNAI/SANYO FW55D25F Shuts Down Randomly
          by Michale32086
I have Sanyo 55" TV that randomly shuts off..

Sometimes it will stay on for 5mins or so, sometimes it shuts off after a min or two...

When it DOES stay on, it works fine...

All things being equal, would it be more likely a POWER Board issue or a MAIN Board issue???

          Thanx in advance......

Lenovo IdeaPad 3 14ADA05 NVME keeps randomly disconnecting
          by pcwhiz24
This issue has me stumped! I have this Lenovo IdeaPad and the SSD (NVME) keeps on randomly disconnecting. It'll stop being detected in BIOS randomly and when I turn it off and back on sometimes it'll detect again and boot up just fine...only to crash after a few minutes and either boot again or stop being detected.

          Things I tried so far:

          - Reset the CMOS by removing battery, held power buttons 60 seconds, all that jazz.
          - BIOS is fully updated (had to use CHA341 because I bricked it the first time trying to update it)
          - Tried multiple working NVME drives...

Panasonic ZT60 plasma tv with strange behavior and 8 blink code
          by cloo
I recently got my hands on a 60" Panasonic P60ZT60 plasma tv (european model) that has some strange issues along with an 8 blink code.
It know this tv is getting old but it was once considered one of the best plasmas ever made, and i think it is still holds on to that even by todays standards.

So, long story short. When i first got the tv it had a very bright washed out picture with very raised blacks in all picture modes and i couldn't find the cause in the picture setting menus.
After doing a factory reset this problem was gone and the picture was back to...
