Sanyo DP26647 - Pls help me diagnose it

Plug it in, hit the power button, and I hear a faint click (relay?), but no LED and no backlighting. Failed to see image.

    T4AH/250V fuse is intact.

No voltage of any kind going to the inverter.

Pins 4 and 5 to the video board generate 5.13 V
Pins 8 and 9 to the video board generate 0.167 V
All other pins to the video board show zero.

No caps look bulged. None are from the notoriously bad brands.

Not sure whether to continue looking elsewhere or whether to just replace all caps or do something else.

There are labels for each pin of the connectors to tell us what they are, so you must put down the pin name and follow by the DCV reading when TV is plugged in but the power switch is NOT activated, and then the readings when the power switch is activated so we can easily see what are missing.
Pin names are at the bottom side of the board.
    I.E.
    Voltage reading: OFF/ON
    Pin 1, +24V = ?? V/???V

BTW, there is no relay on the power supply board.

Thanks for the feedback. I looked at the pics, and I tested DCV when the TV's plugged in, but the power button was not activated. I also tested after hitting the power button.

I used a flashlight but still wasn't able to find an image. I did see something that looked like the faintest flicker of backlighting, before going back to black.

      The pins had these labels:

      24V
      24V
      GND
      GND
      12V
      12V
      GND
      GND
      5V
      5V
      GND
      GND
      PSON

      DCV after plugging in only:

      0.10
      0.10
      0
      0
      0.167
      0.168
      0
      0
      5.13
      5.13
      0
      0
      0.09

      DCV after hitting power button:

      24.40
      24.39
      0
      0
      11.88
      11.88
      0
      0
      5.13
      5.13
      0
      0
      4.79

I placed the ground lead not on a ground pin, but on a metal plate.

Still not sure what to examine next, but I'm starting to wonder about the mainboard.

Check your backlight inverter, there should be a couple fuses on it, remove the shield and post a couple pictures of it
