Lift one cable from the tcon to the panel and see if one half of the screen is clear then replace that one and repeat with the second.
Willing to help but I'm no expert.

clean and reseat the LVDS ribbon cable with 99% alcohol, make sure the connectors they go in are clean. Same thing with the ribbon cables going from the TCon to the main board. Also try heating the Tcon first with the hair dryer and see if there is a difference.
Post a high resolution straight shot picture of your Tcon board.

OK,cleaned the ribbon cables (3 pcs,2 up,and the down to motherboard)
Heated the t-con for cca 5min. and the picture came after 5 min ...

Have another 37" lg - could the t-con fit in this tv

the t-con is from sharp (forgot to take the picture, but all elements seem to be ok)

this is the board (pic from net)

Must say when the tv works for cca 30min-1hour,when i turn it on after 10 minutes it displays the picture immediately

I can't see much on that picture... it is too blurry. See if there is a tantalum capacitors or something similar on it. Just solder some low esr lytic cap in parallel, if you have no means of checking. Like lytics, tantalums are polarized too.

Run the LCD panel with only one ribbon cable connected at a time, like dick barton suggested. See what this produces.

I have no idea if the tcon fits the other TV without any board numbers.

The faulty TV is 32LG3000 , the other one is 37ld465 (it has a broken screen)

I could take all boards from the other tv (going to search if it fits)

here are better pictures (3 pcs) of the sharp board

@Capleaker : could you be more precize where to solder the cap,and what value

even if left or right side connected, all the same

rechecked the boards, they are not the same ...

No, the other tcon wont fit that TV. However the tcon for this one is cheap to be had for like 10 bux.

One side of the tcon working while not the other side, I'd be replacing that tcon first.

More like 35 bux. Little expensive, but i will have to order it ...

Try first to reflow the board ...

only way to proof it that the main board is bad is with a steady picture and hook up an oscilloscope to the LVDS.

the mosphet can i find, but that filter bead 500ohm is a question for me

Sorry, that pic is too blurry. A marking FB woud be a ferrite bead.

Could it be that the new tcon board coused the motherboard to burn ???

I am not a 100% sure, but it seems that those pins could be for the panel power. The inductor is just used a filter. What is written on Q1104?

Honestly, I don't really know what happened. You could have shorted something unintentional that blew this circuit, or something is bad on either the tcon or the panel causing excessive current draw.

Where to go from here? You need to either fix the main board and hope nothing else is toasted besides the blown IC and the inductor, maybe another Tcon and you may be back at square one before. Unless you have some sort of testing equipment (o'scope), know how to solder SMD and you just want to try to repair it for educational purposes, I'd say part it out and look out for a different TV that's easier to fix.

Up to you how far you want to go and how much $$$ you are willing to spend on this TV.

Well this TV costs me 35$ till now, over 100$ I would not go ...

Soldering is no problem have all the equipment, but no osciloscope (it was in this month plan) ...

                                      the q1104 is 4925b mosphet,but I didn't find any value for that mbw3216-501tf (L416)

                                      thx
