Yes, but on the scheme it stands MBW3216-501TF,when i type it in google it says
FILTER BEAD MBW3216-501TF 500 OHM

and it goes to PANEL_POWER,and it is not the only induktor with this mark,it got several more,but nowhere induction standing

On your manual under module there is no L416

but you have the same MBW3216-501TF L406 on IR&LED part of manual

OK, I just download your service manual and your pictures. It is an FERRITE iNDUCTOR. I will look at the service manual and see what is going on.

OK, for that Ferrite Bead Inductor to burn up like that it has to see short circuit on the T-CON board or shorted cap C400, 401, 402, 412, 415.
So you should find out why the inductor (it is connected in series with the Load) burnt up first, and hopefully that Q1104 is not damaged.

Q1104 is blown up, but the t-con board is new (new buy)

OK,but can you say what the value of this ferrite bead induktor is,hov to order a new one

So the rest of the installed caps are OK? I expected the fuse on the T-CON board to blow first before the inductor to burn up and the MOSFET to be damaged that bad if the shorts is on the T-CON.
I am still trying to find the spec of that inductor, the inductance rating, the current rating, etc.
SNEC made the part but the company was bought out by SUNLOARD in 2008.

BTW, since L1109, 1110, 1116, 1117 sre the same P/N MBW3216-501TF, you can take the reading to find the inductance and the DCR at least.

Yes, you can at least check the resistance (DCR) on the list I gave to see what you get. I doubt that they are 500 Ohms DCR, more like the Z of 500 Ohms.

May be something similar to this one:
ILHB-1206, Z = 500 Ohms and DCR should be evry low, It will also be high current, if you look up the LCD panel model number spec sheet, it will tell you the current requirement (typ, 2~5A) for the T-CON board.

but it is in 1206 dimensions

As you can see, the example of the one I show has 0.06 Ohms of resistance, it will be very low DCR value.
Did you look at the PDF spec sheet for the ILHB-1206?

Yes,that why i said that the dimensions are the same as 1206 (in milimeters)

That example should work then, ILHB-1206 is 1206. Or look for something with same spec but even higher current rating will be fine.
