Samsung PN60E530A3F - Clear sound but no picture no blink cold or warm same

Samsung PN60E530A3F - Read other posts but not maken much sense. Decided to try a new post. This one turns on and off as it should. I get the chime and with signal connected I have clear audio. No picture at all, no blink of screen on on/off. It is the same whether cold or warm no difference.
VS-TP voltage with Y-board connected is only 10v
VS-TP with it Disconnected is fluctuating slightly between 69.5v and about 71.2v
VA-TP with y-board disconnected jumps up to 57v on turn on then filters down to 0v
VA-TP with y-board connected does the same thing.

No love? I can get a y-board for $145 a bit steep for an experiment. a repair kit is $25 but the voltages are nothing like in the other posts and they were saying things like it came on and then went off. This one has no picture at all. no flicker. The boot process is normal and the audio is normal as I change channels. I have had 3 different suggestions from different searches, most say y-boards are crap on this model some say y buffer and y board. someone said the controller board and yet another suggests the main board. I only want a bit of help trying to narrow this down to reasonable. The thing making me nervous is several saying they replaced all the boards and still have troubles.
ANY experienced help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE:
Disconnected the controller board ribbon from the Y-Board and the
VS-TP went to 217v
VA-TP went to 57v
I also noted they are stable.
I now mainly suspect the controller board or possibly the main board.

What is the led doing on the control board is it flashing and if so in what pattern?

It is blinking steadily in 1 second intervals. This is with the ribbon going to the Y-Board disconnected.
With the ribbon connected it blinks on 4 seconds then off about 1 second and this 4/1 pulse is steady while on.

Note:
Was thinking it still could be the Y-Board but that is a very expensive guess.
If one of the mosfets is not switching or there is a short when it switches .... am trying to trace thru but so far am not finding an obvious short.
TPs on the buffer boards 1 on top one one on bottom one read the average resistance another post suggested was normal. I think it was like 500M and bleeds slowly down. I thought I saw a short once but when I got better light i could see it was a SMD fuse.
Sorry I am also busy with multiple things here so haven't tested as much as needed.

Control led should be once every half second indicating OK whereas 5sec on 2sec off indicates driver board problem usually y-sus. Power supply will auto shut down with x or y disconnected. Know tom66 has lot of experience with these and hopefully will chime in to assist you.

UPDATE::
Ok so after much searching and testing as well as advise from other forums, I got a replacement Y-Sustain board. It came today so I installed it and now i have good sound, can change channels and the screen lights up but is still blank.
I did a very close examination for any cracks and cannot detect any. (it looks normal to me for a plasma black screen no video) Also note: the menu does not show up either.
I have found on this forum (other thread) and two others that Samsung tech had recommended changing the Y-buffer board lower or upper. At $25 each I just ordered both. Will let you know.

Another guy said it could be the control board but when the OP did that it did not work (stayed the same) and the Y-buffer lower board DID fix his in that case. BTW: The Y-sustain board did make a change.. it started lighting up as described. Before with the old board it did not light at all. I am waiting for the replacement Y-buffer boards because i do not want to risk damaging the good Y-sustain board.

So you've ordered a buffer with out testing it ? To me does seem like buffer issue but you should of checked how to test it first lol keep us updated hopefully works out

LOL not my TV and not my decision. I am just cheap labor for installing the parts.... this guy would not listen to me from the beginning. I can only test what i actually have access to.

And again I may be waiting for a while until he orders and actually brings the boards... My wording is just meant to keep things simple.
Best I can tell from my own quick test was lower buffer board but I would have done more if i had the set longer. Once they use me they take it back again. i think it is a trust issue or something... they think i want to keep their TV for some sadistic reason.

Personally labor is labor... i dont care in this case I do wish it would end though.
He thinks getting both boards is better because somebody else told them to do it that way.

Also if this was actually my TV as soon as I saw the cost of the boards involved i would have chunked it.

The Y-Sustain WAS bad, seems this model has a history of similar / same issues....

They brought it back again. This time they got the two buffer boards and installed them. It is exactly the same. they left the TV this time so I need some help figuring this out.
OK they got a Y-sustain board (Shop jimmy for all parts they got) I put it in a month or so ago. The TV would then light up, bluish, more so for the bottom 3rd.
Did a lot of reading and told them to contact Samsung. Later they said Samsung tech support recommended changing the Y buffer boards. that is what they just did.
Brought it back to me now it is the same as best I can tell.
Clear sound, changes channels, no picture not even a flicker. No menu, no flicker.
Just the dim bluish glow, this is a plasma screen, but similar to a backlight.
I have read in these forums as well as others, mainboard, control board, there are two more buffer looking type boards along the bottom.

I need some help please. This is a nightmare for me because i am OCD and will not rest trying to figure this out. I'm glad they left it this time but i am also skeptical, I do not know if the buffer boards are actually good, I also do not know if something has been damaged by other people tinkering with it. I have already went over the obvious and looked for any cables left loose, or ribbons improperly seated.
Start from scratch:
Good sound, no picture faint blueish glow.
Control board has consistent one second flash interval, Samsung says is good indicator.
I will humbly await any assistance. Will not be back until after 27th.

I just went ahead and ordered a mainboard from a place that offers me a 30day refund minus return shipping... will let you know.

Only a few boards left anyway... LOL
Customers haven't called or anything so I just decided to fix it and then they can pay or not.. would make a good sign for my front window.

Nope not the main board exact same symptoms ... only cost me 3 dollars to find out...

Any Ideas for this POS TV? Not the main board.

only boards not replaced are the controller and buffers across the bottom.
Could this be a dead horse screen problem?
Customers appear to have abandoned it at this point but If I can fix it i will.
It is in my way so if it needs to be scrapped please let me know your thoughts?

Did you run the test patterns via jumper on the control board ?
