Anyone out there that can help? I think it would be a pity to throw the y sus away.

The reason I suggested testing with one y buffer disconnected in turn was that though very faint the screen shots looked as if a mid line was through the screen with buffers out of synch - hence query on control board voltage and led sequence. For me repairing boards other than for straightforward components just isn't an option because not so equipped and whole board cheap anyway in comparison.

Thanks for the help -The problem was with the Ysus, there was several surface mounted components that had failed. Replaced the components and its working fine now. (how long for I dont know)

sorry about very very late response and please ignore the surface mounted components that I mentioned earlier -it was two mosfets (I replaced the AUK C3C16 SMK0825 with 51n25) and two resistors on the ysus - the resistors were ordinary legged resistors low value resistors the large green ones (if I can remember correctly) theres two of them close proimity to the faulty mosfets- hope that helps.

I initially replaced the two mosfets and one resistor. The other resistor was fine. but when I powered it up it gave me a grainy picture I checked the components again and the other resistor needed replacing. After the resistor replacement the picture was fine.

                  Asus FX507ZC4 DANJLFMBAB0 REV B I need photos
                  by saimom
                  Hello everyone!

Please help me determine which microcontroller was in this place.
Logically, I guess that this is a ddr4 PWM memory controller and some kind of Richtek, but which one?
Thise motherboard came after another service, where they say that water got on the controller and it burned down and they dismantled it.
They did not take photos before the intervention

The DANJLFMBAB0 REV B board, schematics, boards and photos of the motherboard were not found on the network, but I may have searched badly-((
Maybe someone has a photo of this piece,...

                  Samsung PS51E550 Plasma TV

                  Hello,
I am having Samsung PS51E550 Plasma TV. While the TV was working, a crackling sound heard & video went off with audio still ON. After switching it off & ON, the red LED on TV blinks six times & then off.
Opened TV cover & observed foll
                  a) Green LED on the small PCB blinks at @5-6sec ON & off for 3-4 secs. Red LED on logic board ON
b)Vs & Va on power supply board raises momentarily to 209v & 58v resp & then drops.
                  c) Cold test on Y-main board shows all 3 pins of FGPF4536 IGBT short to Grnd.
How to confirm Y -Buffer board...

                  Panasonic plasma TX-P42ST50 - 6 blinks
                  by jm1234
                  Hi,
anyone able to provide the service manual for old plasma Panasonic TX-P42ST50E?
It turns off almost immediately (0~5 seconds after pressing the on/off button) and starts flashing the red diode 6 times.
I disconnected the left-hand side board (SC?, both the ribbon cable and the power cable to it) and also another ribbon going to bottom left board. Then the led signal is 8 flashes. According to service guide to another Panasonic plasma it would mean the left-hand side board is faulty. But I'm not sure it 100% applies to my model.
I checked that board for any obvious faults...

Hitachi 55HDS69 55" Plasma TV - No Picture But Sound
                  by KYBOSH
Picked up a bahemoth plasma TV not too long ago and just now getting around to looking at it.
No picture but you hear the TV static (white noise) playing loud and clear.
The back was already taken off (and no screws were provided) as the previous owner had already taken a look.
But it seems they didn't get too far and just left it.

When I first took a look I was amazed at how pristine the inside looked.
Its as if the TV had been in a time capsule.
Caps looked like they were just pulled off the self.
Copper coils had no sign of corrosion on...

Reduce the size of photos please..
                  by Davi.p
Hi all, i'm asking all to reduce photos to a more comfortable resolution before post, the better like around 2000x2000, otherwise many PC / Tablets / phones refuses often to load them or has strong defection... today's digital cameras integrated in phones especially are a mockery because them saves photos at enormous resolutions with much less the real definition, so reducing them is only a good deal.. THANKS!!...
