Re: Panasonic TX 48cx350b high noise/ dialup modem noise.
Cheers to fix this normally replacing the Led controller and feedback resistors for it solves the issue, I have done a couple like that if not the little Led driver transformer you can cable tie it whoch will stop the noise a bit as Im sure that the magnet around it becomes lose and it causes alot of whining. Please Do Not PM My Page Asking For Help Badcaps Is The Place For Advise, Page Linked For Business Reasons Only. Re: Panasonic TX 48cx350b high noise/ dialup modem noise.
Its ok, also switch the Tv and and grab a toilet roll and stick your ear at one end and the move it around the psu to find which part is making the noise this helps you to not get shocked lolPlease Do Not PM My Page Asking For Help Badcaps Is The Place For Advise, Page Linked For Business Reasons Only. It will be the epoxy that holds the transformer magnet together, either replace the tarfo or do what I said before. Please Do Not PM My Page Asking For Help Badcaps Is The Place For Advise, Page Linked For Business Reasons Only. Anyone Doing So Will Be Banned Instantly !

by karatzdiHello,
I know some might say... just buy another one. Sell it as parts..!
So had this AMP for quite some time. Recently I saw light smoke coming out of the AMP. Had my fire extinguisher close by. Just kidding. Turned immediately all devices off from mains.
Let things cool a bit, and opened up the amp device. I clearly saw on the main board which hosts the 5X amp (5.1), 3 10 ohms 1W resistors had their leads looking black, while the rest of the remaining 2 x 10 ohms were brownish as being installed from factory.
Spent some time downloading the Service...-

by oldmanhouseHi folks, I have an issue with my 7 year old Panasonic TX-L50B6B that has appeared within the last few days.
The symptoms are:
- A high pitched "buzzing" / "whining" noise coming from the TV when it is turned on. There is no noise during standby, and the noise persists with all AV connections removed.
- There are noticable horizontal lines in the picture. Upon closer inspection it looks like every few rows of pixels are dead/black.
Attached is a close-up of the picture in "test mode", to demonstrate the rows of black lines.

by tony359Hi all,
I am working on a sound processor, it tends to overheat so I fitted a fan inside. The fan is connected to the +15V of the PSU via a DC-DC converter based on the LM2596 to reduce the voltage to around 10.5V.
Unfortunately the analogue circuitry is picking up the noise from the fan in two ways:
1. The fan is close to the analogue section, the motor itself gets into the outputs so I'll have to move it somewhere else
2. Even with the fan running outside of the case, there is still some noise which is clearly going back to the processor via power line....2 Photos -
by MegaZACSurprisingly enough, this receiver doesn't have the DSP chip issue. The HDMI board does not get hot, and sound over HDMI works fine.
Regardless of the input, the right channel has noise that is clearly noticeable even on average volume level. The only cases when there's no noise is when VCR input is selected (some tracks on the board are damaged, maybe that's why), or if HDMI input is selected but nothing plugged into it. In all other cases, even when no input is connected I still have the noise.
There's some logic behind it. As soon as I select an input I get only left...-

Hello! yes I know there is already lots of information about this issue. I have a Panasonic TC-P55ST50 that originally displayed an 8-blink error code. Following the troubleshooting flowchart, I ended up replacing the SS board. However, even after replacing it, the issue persists. The TV turns on and stays on without displaying an image, and continuity is confirmed on all connectors. What am I missing here🤔?
Ok Im a mechanical engineer ...but I thought I was able to follow a rather simple flowchart for electric troubleshooting 😂.
