LG 47LG50UA No picture or sound

First timer on a post .
The TV powers up with the red light flashing then going to blue light . I get no flashing of backlights and no sound from any inputs .
If I disconnect the flat cable from the inverter to the Tcon the backlights do turn on . I replaced the Tcon thinking that was the problem but it did not take care of it .
My voltages to the inverter are :
BRI = 3.36
On/off = 3.32
PWM-DIM = .014
Error =3.27
And 24v
My concern is the pwm-dim not coming from the main . Since I am not getting that should I assume it is my problem ? Anything else I should check before I purchase one ?

The backligts do not use PWM-dim, it uses analog dimming signal (BRI).
Pictures of the board and the whole backside of the TV will help.

Hello everyone,I'm Peterson and I'm new here.I have a problem with my samsung plasma tv(Made in 2011,version I1034). When I connect the power, I hear the sound of a relay switch ticking back and forth and the red standby light blinking too. However the TV never turns on. I replaced one bad cap on the power board with an identical cap,but the problem still persists. Does anyone have any hints for me please?

Make a new thread, to do that click on a subject area ie Tv and Video repairs then press the "new thread" button and make your own thread please and not on someone elses as that can confuse things as its a different set.
