Seiki SE32HY02UK 50% of picture missing

Hi,
this is a Seiki 32" LED TV with built in DVD.
I ended up with this fault on powerup.
50% of the picture is missing and the top half of the picture is at the bottom half of the screen.I suspect the TCON board but welcome input on this.Cheers
I attach some photos to show the fault and the boards of which there are only 2,the Main board and Tcon.

As the TCON board is bonded to the LCD screen, I will recycle the set as spares for my other 32" SEIKI,its an identical chassis.

Lcd panel failure here sorry mate, scrap the horrible thing
