Hello everyone,
I have a Philips TV gifted by a friend that won't turn on (no standby LED, or screen LED), hopefully someone has the same issue or can help me with this
It previously worked (for about an hour) and then when I turned it on the next day, it was completely dead.
Pictures & Info:

Model: 32PFL4508/F7 S/N: ME2A1402120028
Power Supply: BA31M0F0102 4
Front Back
Digital A/V board: BA31MOG0201 2
Front
I found a service manual for the model, but it is for a previous S/N iteration (starting with ME1 instead of ME2) :
Service Manual link
Power Supply Board ( BA31M0F0102 4 ) :
I assumed they are similar so I started to use the schematics diagram on page 34 (power supply) to measure the voltages on the power board:

Reference voltages on the very left. Note the voltages at CN1001 and pins 19 and 17 on CN501. possibly because the LCD is off at this point. None of the touch controls in the front work, nor does the remote, or is there any sort of indication of standby or power on. Which leads me to think that the power board isn't the issue here? or is it?
I checked the diodes and main fuse on the power board and they seem fine. The caps look fine too. All of this measuring was done with the flex cables plugged in.
