Sanyo lcd dp46840-00. Green light on and off

Sanyo dp46840 turns on green then off no audio or picture.the green light gives you 3 chances and then no light, need to unplug ac and replug so it gives you the 3 times green ligth.....I check the voltage on the star marked on the main board.....
9v gives me 9.6v...3.3v=2.7v....1.0v=0.00v....p12orp15v=7.8v...p5v=5.67......audio_pow13=5.5...any ideas

We are going to need hi res, straight shot pictures from your boards. We also need to be able to see the pin outs on the power supply to the main board.

I have had this problem before with this TV. You have a bad mainboard. The voltage drops you are getting are caused by the shorted mainboard.
