    Samsung Le32r71b no picture

Hello I have a Samsung L32R71B that has no picture when it is turned on. When the TV is connected to SCART i can hear sound, backlight is also working, the remote control is also functioning. Pretty much everything is working there is just no picture at all. When i press the menu button on the remote nothing is showing on the tv. I have checked the power board and so far i haven't found the problem there. The inverter must be working since there is a working backlight. Does anyone knows what should i check? Has anyone encountered such a problem? I think that the problem might be coming from the main board somewhere, but i don't know what to check. If anyone had such a problem please share your thoughts. Need some hints what to do next with it. Thank you

We need the pictures of the whole backside of the TV so we can see all the boards, it may be the T-CON is not getting the switched DCV from the main board, or blown SMD fuse on the T-CON board.

What resistance do you read between the output pin and GND? Need to find out if the IC is bad or the output is being loaded down or oscillating due to bad filter caps.
        Does it get very warm?
Do you get 1.25VDC measured between the ADJ pin and the output pin? It should have 1.25V because of the internal 1.25Vref.

Hi, this is my personal laptop, which the original board (lets call it Board A) blew up PU8700 (TPS51486), making a hole on the board, i had left the laptop at my desk one day with the battery fully charged and didn't touch it for a week, but when i tried to turn it on it didn't
Thought the battery was dead, so i plugged in the charger then tried to power on, the power LED blinked once, charged LED still orange, unplugged the charger, plugged in again and I noticed the "magic smoke" smell, so i unplugged the charger, removed the back cover and saw the blown IC (the "magic...

Upgrading a Samsung ue55nu7096u with logic board from an ue55ru7105k -- good idea?
          by ohren
I hope this is the right forum to post in despite not technically being a repair, but still a question of swapping boards.

I thought I'd explore the possibility to upgrade an existing working Samsung ue55nu7096u with the logic board (and power board if needed) of a newer model (ue55ru7105k) of the same size and appearance (and resolution). The reason being I'd like the extra inputs of that board including component in, an extra HDMI port and bluetooth. Its panel is broken so I have no use for the board otherwise.

The models launched in 2018 and 2019 respectively....

un60j620dafxza - Samsung No Display Problem
          by stylishconsultant
          Hi All,

          Need help.

I have a samsung un60j620dafxza led tv. When I plug it in it has no display, no sounds, and no standby lights.

So I opened the tv and disconnected the power to the mainboard and the backlight powered up. This according to many people says that this is a mainboard
problem. I checked the voltage coming from the stb and I read 1.3 volts on pins 1,3,5 and 7 which are low volts instead of 13 volts which i think the lcd panel
might be drawing too much power from the power supply that it prevents the right voltage going to the mainboard....

          Samsung Power Supply Board BN44-00874F
          by Nicktronic
          Hey everyone,

This power supply board is hard to find but there are repair kits available. This board had a blown fuse, FP801S, blown PFC MOSFET, QP802CS and ceramic cap, CP809. I replaced them with parts I already had and tested the rest of the parts that would've come in the repair kit and they were fine. I powered the board up on the bench expecting, in typical Samsung power supply board fashion, to see all my output voltages but, nothing. 0 volts on CNL801, CNM801 and CNT801. The only thing I have is 170vdc on the filter caps. No standby voltage either.

          Anybody...
