Solarized Pic

I know that a Solarized picture is the T-con board. My question is that, if the TV T-con is built into the panel there is no fixing it. I hate to spend money on a main board and it not be the problem. The ribbon cable goes directly from the M.B. to a small board built into the panel itself.
I have not seen a Main board cause a solarized picture on TV with a T-con.
But o TV with no T-con, is it built into the Main board or the board made into the panel? Set is a Emerson LF5-1EM4-A

The software for them is written to the exact panel I would say change mobo or reflash the firmware which isnt easy.

I believe have seen the as15 on the driver board cannot remember which tv. Have a closer look.
