Sharp LC-40D68UT dead

This TV has no 5V. It went to another shop before it came to me.I can see where someone may have changed the 5V regulator. I checked the datasheet but the configuration doesn't make sense to me. Can anyone tell me the part number for IC721?

How about upload good clear pictures of the boards, the parts that were replaced, etc. so we can see what we are dealing with?

Here are a couple photos and a datasheet of the 5V regulator. The power supply is a LC0919-4001ac. I'm just trying to verify if the regulator is the original one that should be there. As you can see pins 1 to 4 are all shorted to ground. I could be wrong but I don't expect this particular IC to work here, you can see it was installed by someone.

Borrowed a usb microscope. Hope this helps.I just want to know if this IC n1337 can work in this configuration, pins 1 to 4 shorted to ground.

If it is SMPS IC NCP1337, then what is shown in the pictures will not work.

Without good clear pictures of the whole top side and the bottom side of the board it will be real difficult to help you.

There is IC for driving that STANDBY POWER Transformer, unless someone intentionally put solder bridge on that IC. I cannot tel what is going on until I get to see good clear pictures of the bottom side of the board.

My suggestion is to remove that IC so you can see all the pads on the circuit board.
