the tv was working,then went off,no standby light on,took out the power board and checked all the caps with a cap meter,all ok,have 250volts on main cap,no voltages on the 5 volt,12 volt and 24 volt outputs,any help please,the power board is a 715 t2804-2.

we need clear straight shot pictures. If you can't read it, we can't either.
As Reecey already said, check if you have STBY voltage and if you get something on the PSon pin when you turn on the TV.
Better yet: make a sheet with all the pin outs, measure voltages (pic#2) with TV on and off and post them.
