Just done one of these today with same fault, the 360V is far to low, you should be measuring 385v with the set running, replace the 3 x smd resistors in the PFC feedback as the old ones fall in value BUT clean the pcb before you put new resistors in as surface leakage here can have the same effect as the resistors falling in value, simply replacing them without cleaning the pcb is not good enough.

I did that and the issue was not solved, I ended up replacing half the PFC parts off another board that had blown up in a different way still not solved so I replaced Psu and the Tv worked.
