Have jvc jlc42bc3000 stuck on logo. All voltages are good...can't find a source for eeprom...any help?

Been all over that posting....have all the correct voltages...no visibly bad caps and yet still stuck on logo. Cleared once and I was running DVD....powered down then back on to logo again. All indications are eeprom. Can't find right one on board or any info online....?Comment

if you freeze the eeprom does it start if so maybe you can freeze it read the data quick and write it to a new chip theres a few guides on you tube showing thisComment

sorry ignore u18 thats not the eeprom on this board i was looking for info for another set at the same time as looking for info on yours, did see see this post regarding the nand flash chip issue

Hey everyone,
I’ve got a MacBook Air A2179 that got some water damage through the keyboard. Now it powers on, shows the Apple logo, but just stays stuck there — no startup chime, no keyboard backlight, and no progress bar under the Apple logo.
When I try to boot into Internet Recovery (Option + Command + R), the mouse cursor is extremely slow and laggy — like when I lift my finger off the trackpad, the cursor keeps drifting slowly for a second or two.
I opened it up and found some corrosion around the LED driver IC area on the logic board. I cleaned... -
I just got this tv today and it's getting stuck on the wallpaper. When I first power it on it goes to the V logo, then a black screen for about 15 seconds, then a Chromecast error for just a few seconds, and then finally to a wallpaper. It stays frozen on this wallpaper and does not respond to anything on the remote besides power on/off. Likewise the buttons on the tv do nothing either (besides power). I did the "reset" by holding the volume down and input buttons together for 10 seconds. It showed a message at the top of the screen saying it was Wiping Data and would restart soon. After... -
Philips 8200 series 65PUS8204/12 stuck at Philips Logo, it does not reboot it just stays on the logo.
It does power up when pressing the power button.
I already try the power button while plugin the plug with no result.
Also put the latest firmware autorun-TPM191E_R.001.004.100.000.upg on a MBR/FAT32 USB stick at USB port2 with no result either.
Could this be an PSU or eMMC issue ? -
