Vestel ceramic capacitor value?

Hi Badcaps

Vestel 17IPS16-3 PSU

I am trying to identifiy the values of the following 2 ceramic capacitors, the markings are as follows

C924 = SL 2.2C 3KV (printed over 3 lines)
C921 = SL 24K 3KV (printed over 3 lines)

Now 3KV is obvious but i'm not 100% sure about the 2.2C and 24K, are they 2.2pF and 24pF

and just to confuse things the schematics say 5n for each component which i'm guessing is 5nF

Do they show leakage resistance?

The missing cap is C925 which would be on the far right of the pic inbetween the lytic and the blue CCFL connector. I was wondering if it had been accidentely left out but a search on various parts sites and ebay all show it missing.

I was going to replace them and the transformer and see where that took me.

Would testing for leakage resistance be done with the component out of circuit?
