I have a vt240m board CBPF9D1KZ1. The problem is that I have no sound. Picture is perfect, remote works great. Just no sound. I have tried resetting the eprom, tried resetting all sound features to factory defaults. No luck. I have not torn it down to look at the back of it. Are there any other test that I can try before tearing it down. Wife doesn't really want me to tear it down, but that is where I'm at.

Do you get sound on the Headphone jack?

I tried the headphone jack, and no sound. and yes the speakers are turned on on the setup menuComment
