Samsung LED TV troubleshooting. Help is very appreciated!

Hello!
I have a Samsung UE46ES8005 that won't turen on. The television is clicking and the screen stays blank.
I have opened the television and tried to disconnect the power board from the main board. Result: The backlight can turn on and I Can measure 14V at the pins labeled 13V.
I have also tried disconnecting all boards from the main board while the main board is connected to the power board. Result: The screen is Black, power board is clicking and the voltage switches between 0V and 14V.

My question is now. Can i be sure it is the main board that is malfunctioning (and how to fix this) or could it be the TCON board?

Mainboard: BN41-01800B
TCON: BN41-01790C
Power board: BN44-00522B

Any ideas?

Thank you! I have just tried to solder a cable directly from the pads but without luck. The TV is just clicking and the voltage is switching between 0 and 5 volts

In the first picture them pins look shorted together, resolder them or check for continuity.

Can you pull the connector so we can see which pins are burnt up?
Also the new wires are in the way and they do not look like they are for the burnt out pins.
Straight shot pictures of the whole top and bottom sides of the power supply board?

I have attached the cables to two free pads on the same traces as the burnt out pins. There is no short so the failure is another place. Besides i Can measure a voltage switching between 0 and 5 volts on the mainboard at the right pins.

On the 5V pins i Can measure 6V in High State. I Can also measure a constant 6 V on the 5v condensator. Se picture. What Can cause this?

Never mind last picture. Meter was running low and showing odds voltages. I measure 5.3V on the 5V pin and 12.75V on the 13V pin

How Can i be sure that it is the main board that is faulty?

So pin 17 and 19 are for the switched 5V, those two pins are electrically tied together.
You need to report the DCV reading of those 20 pins in this format (TV is turned on) so we can see what is/are missing:
Pin 1 (OD_LE) = xxV
Pin 2 (PWM4) = xxV

Thank you. Here are my readings (measured on connector at the mainboard end). The power supply is switching between two states. The results in parentese illustrates the "off" state. Here pin 20 still has some voltage:

Pin 4 (PWM 3) = 0.69V (0V)
Pin 5 (GND) = 0V
Pin 6 (PWM 2) = 0.69V (0V)

Pin 8 (PWM 1) = 0.69V (0V)
Pin 9 (B13V) = 12.74V (0V)
Pin 10 (B13V) = 12.74V (0V)
Pin 11 (Vamp) = 12.74 (0V)
Pin 12 (BLU) = 0
Pin 13 (Vamp) = 12.74V (0V)
Pin 14 (GND) = 0V

In my previous post, the last reading are made by disconnecting the mainboard from the power board. In this scenario the backlight is turned on and the reading are higher than when the boards are connected.

'Pin 12 (BLU) = 0' So the main board is not sending the Backlights ON signal. We can force on manually.
