Vizio E470VL color bar in side of the screen

Hi guys! Im trying to troubleshoot my vizio E470VL, i had the main board go bad once do to a power surge and i replaced with a used one i got from ebay, that was about 2 years ago, now i have this cyan/bluish/greenish bar on the side of the screen, it was going away after 1-2hours but now its not going away anymore, its more noticeable with some colors and less noticeable when something of a lighter color shows ups, i dunno if this might be the power supply board or the main board or the lcd itself, any help is greatly appreciated!

I believe that model has the main board and t-con board built into 1 unit. I'd say replace it. But before I do that try disconnecting and reconnecting all the cables to make sure you don't have a bad connection. This does not look like the panel has failed
Did I leave the soldering iron on?

Thanks for the replies! Yes i just tried disconnecting a reconnecting everything and nothing, so the lcd panel should be good and it should be the main board then? Is that something that canbe fix or it would need to be replaced?

Macbook 2017 with touchbar (A1706) won't turn on after removing the screen
              by Ryan.man
Hello everybody! Posting this in hopes somebody has some expertise that leads to a clear path of troubleshooting that saves me a lot of time!

My macbook has the flex cable problem, the one that prevents the screen turning on. Ive been dealing with this for the last 3 years. Last year it went dead and I managed to fix it following youtube tutorials. But my fix wasnt the best, the problem returned a month later. This week, it went dead again. I again tried to fix it.

This time the original cable broke too close to the screen, it can't be fixed without tearing the screen...

Macbook Air M2 A2681 Kernel panics after screen replacement
              by reformatt
Just had a customer bring in a M2 MBA A2681 that had had a screen replacement in April at another repairer. Since then, she has been getting intermittent kernel panics. It's an aftermarket screen, and of course it fails in diagnostics as the calibration hasn't been done. The error in the panic log is "No device added after powering on the rails".

It seems the original repairer has swapped the board and the screen to other MAC's, and said that it isn't a screen issue. From what I understand, by doing a quick search on Google, this is in fact a screen issue. The panic relates...

Vizio M60-C3 left side of screen + a couple other areas dim
              by frannyjunk
My Vizio M60-C3 was dead. No power, no lights. Just nothing. So I took the back cover off and noticed 4 bulging caps on the power supply board, so I replaced them (green low esr capacitors in the picture). The tv now works! But there are some areas that look dim (see picture). In particular, the left side has a dim band. I know that the led strips run horizontal, yet this band is vertical. Could it be that the led driver board is bad? Could the blown caps have taken out the led driver board? Or is this just a coincidence that every left side led on each strip just went out?...

iphone XS turns off when press on screen.
              by smic717394
              Hi,

I have a iphone XS that came in for a screen replacement, the screen was badly cracked, and inside missing scues, on the back of the screen still the blue protector, the screen was a LCD. So we replaced the screen and all good, installed the screen and we noticed that pressing the screen with a bit of force but not excessive, the phone dies. After plugging the charger it turns back on, but again if you press it it dies. I open the phone again, and I can't see anything major, with the phone open, if I press on the logic board, battery, charging board, or even putting pressure on...
