I had something like that on an samsung ue5000 tv, and in my case it was one fuse in the middle of the led strip. I think that the first three are conected in series, and if one is interupted, all three are off.

can we just clarify something is the voltages im picking up correct
I cannot see the good clear pictures to tell you where to test the Voltages, I cannot even read the chart on the board to tell which pins are for the Anode and Cathode for each LED string and how each strings are connected to each other.

I have a L46ZF_DSM BN44-00616A Power supply. There is broken (exploded) high voltage capacitor CS804 on HOT side of PSU. My capacitor have exploded on "identification" side and capacitance value is unknown for me. If somebody have possibility to check value of this capacitor, please inform me by reply to this thread. Arrow directed to CS804.

Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?
            by Tynan Dill
I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

            Assuming...

Samsung BN44-00262A H37F1-9SS power supply help finding blown value components!
            by cheeky2
This Samsung combined power supply and inverter was replaced a while ago from a Samsung 37inch LE37B530P7W TV. However I would like to repair this one.
I have replaced the Mosfets Q1820 and Q1821 ( FDPF7N50U) which were both blown and the fuse FM802S. The schematic for this power supply that is attached doesn't relate to this power supply as the driving transistors and diodes are D1830, D1831, D1832, D1833, Q1811 & Q1810 are nowhere on the schematic!
Does anyone know what the components for D1830, D1831, D1832, D1833, Q1811 & Q1810 should be? I ask as I did change the Mosfets...

Desoldering gun station modified to use a 18 volt @ 20 amp switching power supply
            by sam_sam_sam
I have wanting to do this project for quite sometime now and I finally found a switching power supply that will work on this desoldering gun station ZD-915 that the original switching power supply took a shit and just was not worth trying to fix it because this switching power is not quite big enough to handle the heater element and the vacuum pump

One note when I tested the switching power supply and the voltage control board I noticed that this desoldering gun heat up much faster than the original switching power supply which I was really surprised by to the point that I might buy...

Plasma Samsung PS-50C96HD Main board BN94-01223C switches off supply after few seconds
            by alltvrepairs
            Hi,
I have this almost brand new Plasma was well stored. I would like to repair it for a friend of mine.

I have noticed that it works for few seconds then switches Off the Power_ On signal. Have disconnected boards and left maion board and power supply and still the same. The power supply with PS_ON and VA signals On stays on so it is not a problem in the power supply.
Any one met this problem in the past?...
