I took apart this LED tv to test the LED strips and now I can't remember what order these parts go in. There are 3 sheets, one looks reflective and metallic, the other 2 are plastic. See pic below. I need to know which way these go in.

Re: LG LED TV Diffuser
I will be striping a 42LA660V later this week. I know it does not have the same type back light, yours being multi strip and the LA model being edge- lite, but would think the sheet placement would be the same maybe?. so if no one comes up with a better plan I will tell you when i strip the set Flocko -

Re: LG LED TV Diffuser
I have the white spot issue where the plastic reflector has fallen off of the LED. Since my TV is out of warranty, I disassembled it to glue the fallen reflectors back into place. Unfortunately, I did not note what order and orientation the hard plastic and 3 flexible diffuser sheets go in for re-assembly. What is the correct order? I know the hard plastic goes first, but does the smooth side or the textured side face the reflectors? After that, which sheets go in which order? Thank you!Last edited by daffsters; 02-04-2018, 10:28 AM.Comment

This is an LG edge LED lit LCD Display. The LEDs are on the bottom edge of the display. There are 2 bars (left and right) Each bar has many LEDs and a 6 pin connector. Each pin drive several LEDs thus is the highest current flow / heat junction. The weak lead free solder gradually fails with thermal expansion/contraction cycling and increases resistance. PSU will compensate up to a point, then when the current is too high, PSU just shut down the backlight causing a dark display. I have even seen one which the connector just fell off as solder points became completely detached....-

by geo86Hi,
Does anyone know where to buy plastic stand offs for backlight diffuser, mainly for Vestel TVs?
They are extremely brittle and almost always they break into pieces.
I looked on internet but little success.
Thank you!... -
by KemerHello, the LED status indicators on my Lenovo Z580 are not working. Actually the motherboard LEDs are working but the light doesn''t coming to the front view. The plastic part is which you can see in photo must transfer the light to the frontview but just half of the plastic is illuminating.
There are three status indicators on the front (power, battery, caps lock), and none of them are illuminated.
The plastic piece doesn't appear to be broken.
1. What are your suggestions for resolving this issue?
2. Is the plastic piece made of special ma... -
by David StroeI am trying to repair my monitor that shows image but the backlight is not turning on. I think either the power supply is not working properly or the LED strip is failing, which seems unlikely (the whole strip is off).
I really need help in finding the data sheets for this monitor's boards. The data sheets I need are for the following boards:
Power Supply: 715GA907-P03-000-001S and 715GA721-P01-000-0H4K
Main Board: 715G9500-M0C-B00-005K
T-CON Board: 19Y_270_EU3MQ_SR_V02_HF
If someone could please provide any of these data sheets, it would be awesome....-
