    Bush IDLCD32TV07HD with Tcon LC370WX4-SLA1
    Beko main board XLX190R-4
    PSU FSP312-2m01
    Inverter LC370WX4
    Tcon LC370WX4-SLA1

    Fault set has sound and backlights are on and nice and white
    But no picture caps on invert were swollen so replaced
    Fuse on tcon was open replaced now have 12v both sides but still no picture

    Anyone repaired one of these Tcons or have circuit
    It has an TPS65161 buck boast chip fitted and VDD seems to be at 0v which is from transistor Q5 marked L7x3b (note the x has a line under it) it does nor read correct and is the only one on the board
    anyone know this device ?

      Posting pictures of the back of your tv showing the boards with clear pictures may help you more with fixing your problem

          Your set has the LG panel fitted,The board number of the T.Con is 6870C-0158A not LC370WX4-SLA1 this is the panel match number. And the part number is screen printed in red or white and this has to match with any replacement, confusing but that how to get the right T.con. I would not waste to much time trying to fix the board as they are out there and no money. hope this helps Flocko

              having trouble finding this one but will keep looking. But was hoping I could replace Q5 as a quick start but can not Id it if that did not cure was going to try the TPS65161 chip

                  The full part number of your board is 6871L-1219A ? (were did the 6871L number come from ?thats there board pre fix number) Thats how confusing LG/Philips are with part numbers, but as long as it shows 1219A screen printed in red or white thats the board you need. I have checked for you and there are no subs on this board . But at least you know what your looking for. happy hunting

                      thanks for all your help I will keep hunting
                      if I can id the transistor will do.I have some different LG/Philips tcon from early pre HD TV's so will se if any have one fitted

                              I have a VIZIO E70-E3.
                              Symptoms: Black screen, no picture, but LED backlights are working.
                              I probed the power board and voltages are as listed on the board.
                              Main board appears fine, too.
                              I believe the problem is either a bad T-CON board, or connection to LCD, or bad LCD.
                              There are two separate ribbon cables feeding the LCD.
                              If both are connected, the screen is black.

                              If only the ribbon cable that feeds the right side of the screen (when viewed from the front) is disconnected, the left side of the screen shows picture and...

                              i have a samsung lcd tv

                              it powers on with sound and backlight but no picture

                              all voltages from PS are good 12v 3.3v and 5v

                              whats odd is that at the tcon i tested voltage across the fuse on the tcon and i get 0v

                              i figured main board issue..so i ordered a used main board....when i put replacement main board in i still have same issue

                              no 12v at the tcon fuse

                              i disconnect the panel ribbon cables to rule out any panel issues and i still have no 12v at the tcon fuse

                              the odds of having 2...

                              Just bought this for 10 bucks yesterday hoping to fix it. The guy said water dropped inside from a dehumidifier hose and it started showing black and white vertical bars then went blank. When I got it home and turned it on it came on fine and displayed correctly but I was noticing faint vertical bars in the image. After a little bit I turned it off and back on and it was a black screen again. I opened it up to check for water damage and corrosion but didn't find anything of the sort. I cleaned the ribbons anyway and reconnected them but still got a blank screen. If I disconnect the right side...

                              Hi guys! I realized you have a lot of knowledge here so i am hoping you could point me in right direction with my odd issue.

                              The Tv is a Philips 58PUS8545/12, it had no picture but working backlights.

                              Original T-con:
                              Opened the Tv and tested to unplug one ribbon cable at a time. With this test i could see that i got fine picture on both halves as long as there was only one ribbon cable connected, with two connected picture were gone.

                              First replacement T-con:

                              I thought it might be t-con and ordered new t-con from china(supposedly tested)...

                              This was my main TV for the last 6 years. I'm not inclined to throw out a $2600 TV so quickly so I'm trying to investigate the issue.

                              Problem
                              TV was disconnected from power for 6 months during construction. When I plugged it yesterday picture was fine, after 30 seconds it dimmed then started developing horizontal lines, picture then starts to ghost vertically until it degrades into vertical streaks. TV always displays a perfect picture when cold. I can unplug TV for 5 minutes and plug it back in and picture is restored for 20 seconds. I can also keep it in standby mode...
