I have an LG 47LG70 that has no video or audio. Backlight works fine. I was examining the video board and noticed on connector P800 on the board that the pins are soldered on the bottom of the board but a lot of them are not on top. Is this normal? Should they be soldered on both sides of all the pins. I am attaching a photo so you can see that I am talking about. Looks like on the bottom of the board it is 12v, 16v Grn, and 5v pins. Board has number EAX55177902 (0) stamped on it.
