Re: Samsung UN65KS6500 - boards have no screws - clips instead - how to remove
I figured out just slightly lift the edges on the right side of the board and push to the left..
That works for the main board but I noticed on the 43” Samsung’s that you have the led connector. So not sure about the power supply.

Samsung UN43tu8000 remove back
A friend just brought me a brand new Samsung UN43tu8000 to fix that has a blinking light on the bottom that sometimes goes solid but will not power on. I have worked on tv's for years but I cannot figure out how to get the back off of this thing. Not like the normal Samsung flatscreen. I cannot see any screws anywhere to take the back off.. please help....

Re: Vizio M3D460SR Connector CN604 Main Board
Got the tv fixed. The eBay seller exchanged the board for the correct main board. He said the extra connector was for surround sound. Got the replacement board today and it works like a charm. The original problem was intermittent turn on/off and freezing up. It is a 3D set and my friend that gave it to me said he paid over $1000.00 for it.

Re: Vizio M3D460SR Connector CN604 Main Board
Yes I even took a picture of it and sent the guy I bought it from just to make sure it worked
The board I received had the extra connector but part of the sticker is missing. I bought it off eBay and am contacting the guy now to see if he will exchange it. I hope he does. The original problem is the typical Vizio intermittent on / off problems. He has a good rating so hopefully he will.

Vizio M3D460SR Connector CN604 Main Board
I have a replacement main board for my Vizio M3D460SR. The only difference is that the new board has an additional connector. CN604 right beside CN601 both board numbers have the exact part number. Is this a later revision for Bluetooth and will it be ok to use. All other connections are the Same. I am including photos of the new and old board....

Re: LG 47LG70 Video Board P800 Soldering
checked the voltage on the fuse on t-con board and it is 12 volts. Suspect that the video board is bad but cant find a replacement anywhere. Has anyone found any repairs for this video board?

LG 47LG70 Video Board P800 Soldering
I have an LG 47LG70 that has no video or audio. Backlight works fine. I was examining the video board and noticed on connector P800 on the board that the pins are soldered on the bottom of the board but a lot of them are not on top. Is this normal? Should they be soldered on both sides of all the pins. I am attaching a photo so you can see that I am talking about. Looks like on the bottom of the board it is 12v, 16v Grn, and 5v pins. Board has number EAX55177902 (0) stamped on it....Last edited by Taterbug; 09-16-2015, 07:00 PM.

Re: 65 Olevia works intermittently
Where did you find the firmware of an Olevia. I have searched everywhere I know to look and cannot find it for an Olevia Model 237-t11. Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

Need Firmware for Olevia 237-T11
I just replaced the power supply in an Olevia 237-T11. It plays fine but sometimes the picture just freezes and you have to turn it back on and off to get the picture back to normal. If I upload new firmware will this fix that problem. I have searched the web for the firmware and instructions on how to do this but have had no luck. The current firmware version in the TV is 237-S11-060831C.

Re: Olevia 237-S11 controls locking up losing sound etc etc
Actually it failed again right after I posted about using the fan. It just freezes up or screen goes white the have to toggle power and it will play one or two hours sometimes the freezes back up. Remote does not work or buttons on tv when it freezes up.
