Vizio SV370XVT White Screen - then clears up

Hello.

I was just given a Vizio SV370XVT. When I turn it on, the screen is white with multiple variations on it. Sound is good. As it warms up, the video will start to appear to the point of working and looking perfectly after 10-15 minutes. So it seems to get better as it heats up. I was wondering if anyone has encountered this problem and any suggestions where to start. Sounds like a problem with the T-con board but thought I would ask before tearing it apart.

try heating / cooling the t-con board

Clean and re-seat all cable connections from Main Board to T-Con and from T-Con to Panel. I usually clean them with an eraser and moisten then with a very little WD-40.

I have 3 of the same model tv and a 32" version of the same series tv with this same issue.. a few blue horizonatal lines at the very to and the screen slowly fades to white.. anyone ever figure it out? Its not loose or dirty ribbon cables.
