How about pin 43? which is an output that goes some where which I do not have time to find yet, that is the signal used by the processor to go into shutdown mode. Is that pin 43 HIGH?

Pin-43 is reading 1.338K

You need to read the DCV of those pins, not resistance. It should be high for normal condition.

Pin 43 reads 3.34 volts DC and drops to 0 before tv shuts down, when we turn on tv it reads 3.34 volts and within few seconds it drops to 0 volts and second later tv goes to standby mode and 8 blinks.
pin 44 reads 3.32 volts in standby mode and drops to 0 when we turn on the tv.

pin 44 is the VFAULT: LO = NORMAL, HIGH = ERROR.

So pin 44 did go low as it should but the output pin 43 XPROTECT goes from HIGH to LOW which is not normal, it should have stay HIGH.
What you can do is to lift pin 44 off the board somehow to see the error will go away.
BTW, there are many very small fuses on that board.

I have lifted pin 44 of ic IC7301 (CXA3785R-T6) problem is still the same, 3.34 volts drops to 0 volts on pin 43 and tv goes to standby and 8 blinks.

Try lifting pin 43 then, that should kill the error signal out put that goes to IC5502 pin 29 of this IC needs to see LOGIC HIGH for normal operation.

Great, so do you still get sound at the RCA AUDIO LINE OUT? It was good that you are able to locate pin 29 of the IC5502 where the XPROTECT signal was fed into.

yes i'm getting sound on RCA Line out and headphone jack
i'm planing to install PAM8610 Amp module to Sound signals and bring the speakers back to life!

8 blinks error back
tv worked fine for one day
Main problem is if we switch off power and back on after few hours it immediately goes to standby and 8 Blinks.
and i switch on again and after 2 or 3 attempts it switches on and work fine.
i have removed IC7301 (CXA3785R-T6) problem is still the same.
also there is some issue with color, after approx 2 hours of use colors appears yellowish.

please suggest what can be done now?? should i remove 3rd and last sound ic (ic7003 - CXD9926ATQ) Will doing so bypass all audio 8 blinks protection??

IC5502 pin 29 reads "0" volts even when tv is working properly,
Now tv also sometimes goes to standby with 10 blinks

That should not be, it has pull-up resistor to keep it high when you lifted the pin 43 of the OTHER IC.
What is the 10 blink codes?

I double checked IC5502 pin 29 reads "0" volts

10 Blinks is DIGITAL FE/DE error (in self test it says DTT_WD)
