sony bravia kdl26ml130 no IR remote signal at MB connector

Hey y'all got a problem with a kdl26ml130 Sony bravia. At first I thought the IR sensor was bad on it bought a replacement still same problem. Began testing ir board for voltages every resistor and capacitor tested in the 3.3v range, a couple half that. What I did notice was a few chips on the mother board (main/digital) by the connector that were reading ol but have no clue what they're rated. When the schems say its a short chip, does'nt that mean it's just a jumper wire basically? The chip has a O on it, also when my meter probe touches it and the one below it the channel on the set changes. Just curious as to whether I am in the right area here is an image of the pin connections from the manual key and the IR board to the MB chip 3267 I believe is the culprit and as I said when touch probe between the two the set switches channels. Also component 3264 only measures 0.82v schematics parts list it as a 0 uh(micro Hertz) ferrite should it also measure the 3.3v standby. That's right ain't it? Any helps needed and appreciated. Can't load from tablet will load from laptop when editing, in a few moments...

"0 uh(micro Hertz) ferrite should it also measure the 3.3v standby"
Zero micro Henry not HERTZ? Where did you get the 0uH from? Ferrite bead resistance between the two terminals of the ferrite will be very low, usually <1 Ohms or so.
How about up load some good clear pictures of what you are probing and the diagram you are using?

"The chip has a O on it, also when my meter probe touches it and the one below it" What is the 'one below it' ? It? I have no idea what you are trying to say.

trying to post pics now but if what you are saying about an ohm or greater is 0.87 an ohm?

sorry budm can't load attachments right now bro have to try later but will do for sure because you have helped me in the past. apologies for the crappy post trying again later to post schematic images Oh just doing a dc voltage check grounded to set probing. the 0 Uh came from parts list in service manual but hey I will get back to you when I have all things in order

"0.87 an ohm" so it does not have open circuit so the part is OK, 0.87 is probably your test lead resistance..
< is the less than symbol not greater than.

Anyone willing to help will have to spend a little time looking so much trouble trying to get something up to show what I am talking about that I did not have a chance to point out things with arrows sorry. Links are google drive hope you all can view. CN**** is where the manual controls and the remote IR also connects buttons work remote wont.
