    Seiki Model#-SE55GH01

Hey guys. Just wanted to say this forum is an awesome resource for many people. I have a Seiki 55" LED TV with no sign of life what so ever. No Standby LED and pressing power or remote produces nothing. Basic troubleshooting I have done so far: Verified power is hitting the power board but no 5v, 12v or 24v detected. I will post some pics of all the boards soon. I do not see a PSON label on any of the connectors. Main connector going to mainboard has 4 5v pins, 2 12v pins, a few ground pins and a 5VSB and STB pin. I will post pics soon thanks.

      disconnect the main Av board.
Fully check the power supply and confirm that 5v is not being generated.

If you're certain there's no 5v then then the power supply is faulty.
The diodes in the secondary side of this board tend to short.
Best to check them by removing a leg of each one so they are not in circuit.

The main AC fuse is OK?
Do you get DCV of 160VDC measured between the two legs of the main filter caps (39uF 450VDC) either C1 or C2?

BudM yes the main fuse is good. I do get a steady 164.5VDC across the main filter caps (3 of them). Still testing the diodes.

We will need good clear pictures of the bottom side of that power supply board next.
