Panasonic A Board repair

Hi, I have a Panasonic TH46PZ800A (2008) that is completely dead. No picture, no sound, no relay clicks, LED flashes or any other response on power up. Following the Panasonic flowchart for No Power/Dead Unit leads me to "Replace the A Board". I'm scratching to find a spare A Board (P/No TNPH0712[1][A]DA), new or used. Has anyone had experience with board level repair of this board or similar?

I have had several that went out after storm. Found the HDMI chip bad. Just remove the chip and see if set comes on. If it does.. you know it is defective. YES it takes a long time and you have to be careful but it does work.
