What I have found on these Tv's is the you need apply 185. vdc across l2 to l1. Red to red, black to black , grey to grey and blue to blue. The return ( or the ground) will be on L2 prospectively. Look close to the screen and you will see each corner light up. The one that does not will be the strip that is defective. It is pretty simple to find the bad strip . I have had several that went out after storm. Found the HDMI chip bad. Just remove the chip and see if set comes on. If it does.. you know it is defective. YES it takes a long time and you have to be careful but it does work.

I have the same model set in my shop now. 12 volts on t-con, no heat on any IC's replaced t-con, and main. NO change. I called Sharp as this is a Sharp panel, ( I am authorized Sharp service) they said panel have customer call consumer relations. ??? NO way of finding the actual defective component? IF you find what is on the panel that is causing this please let me know.
