Panasonic TH-42PZ80U 7 Blink "Logic Board"?

I've got a Panasonic TH-42PZ80U with the seven blink. Ive tested the the SU,SD boards and they are fine. Per the service manual it sayes to unhook the SC2 and SC20 cables, I done that and the blink stopped. I did some more testing on the SC board as it looks to be a fresh rebuilt board. I reconnected the SC2 cable and the Sc2 cable "power supply cable" to the sc board and did not get the 7 blink. So I reconnected the SC20 ribbon cable back to the sc board and started the 7 blink again. The ribbon cable connects the SC board to the D "Logic board". Makes me think the logic board is bad. Anybody else ran into this before?

7 blinks is most likely SC.
It will be triggered by Vscan, Vsch, or Vset low, or one of the lower, floating voltages is low.
While the D board can be faulty and trigger a 7 blink code, this will usually show when the SC is disconnected too.
