customer said that the tv was working and he put it on a bench for 2 years and after that he wanted to operet it and it fails the tv didnt work for 2 years?
acording to other panasoinic plasma in most casese the problem in sc board with fet shorted i over over check no problems in all component
i notice the the pin 4 in the ic compertor ic 871 in the circet board 2903 is not ground no to the chasis ground and not to the flouting ground but is conected to the (-) off the VAD smothing capicator...Leave a comment:

hi to all.
this tv come on for sec and then shut with 7 blinks in a dark room can see agrey screen for sec without osd and shut -7 blinks
SD ans SU is plug out but the same problem but when plug out the flat cabel in sc20 tv come on whith green led and no screen but not shut
plug back the cabel in to the sc20 and shut again i understand that ther is no problem inSU and SD boards
all put back all valltage ok befor shut
in SC board 5v 15v vad=-105v vscn=40v vset=330v also with scop can see pulses in pin 4,5,6 in plug sc20

after replacing the ic that control the valltage to the led strings can see that the valltage is starting to rise and then falling slowlly but still no backlight i plugged out one of the 3 pluggs and put an externall led string and then tv works ther was a backlight. i shorted the plug tv works but ther a dark spot in the backlight
the valltge is neggativ -234v

same problem in pilot 50''smart the power supply is AY160D-4HF01.
ALL VOLTAGE OK 12V 24V 5V 5VSTBY EXEPT NO VOLLTAGE TO THE LED BACKLIGHT BLON IS 4,65V OK
in the back of the p.s ther an ic BD9211F that drive the leds section. pin 1 vcc=11.8v pin 2 stby on /off 4.65v ther no pulses in the output pin 18+17 could be the bad ic?Leave a comment:

by forcing stby pin 7 in stby/audio board plug 1m03 to gnd can hear clicks relay is on power supply main is working ther 24v 12v 18v and -18v but still no backlight no comand to bl on i check r 3318 in the main power supply is ok100 ohm.its seems that the problem is in the main board and its in protection mode

this tv works fine but somtimes when turn it to stby and operet it again ther is no backlight no 24v no 12v no 16.5v the pin power on when tv works ok is 1.5v and even when the problem show its 1.5v when stby 0v volltage in the fuse after thr big smoothing capi isin stby its 310v and when its works its 340v and also when the problem show its 340v
no scematic power supply is EAY4050520 MAIN BOARD EAX4043811 CHASIS LP81A its seems to me the power on pin volltage is low if so how its work?also opto diode voltage change when on /off is pressed any idia?

the problem comeback again
after a few day that the tv works fine i gave it to the customer and he call me today and said that the the same problem in the tv after it works 2 days
i not shure if i will buy a ps it will solve the problem or maybe that another problem such poor contact in the lams what do you suggest TOM.66.

this tv works fine about 20-30min then when putting to stby tv shut off no red led stb and green led is off trying to operet it again no succses have to wait until it cool then can operet it again .
when it shut ther is even no stby 5v and no 12v that its the source to the stby5v.
the power supply is FSP207.
i dont find the conection that shut the stby 5v when poweroff the tv.
by the stby button.

hi.
in the first the problem was backlight for sec then off.
the power supply board is cvb32005 all capi ok all voltage ok exept the voltage to the led backlight that go high to about 80v and then go down to about 25-30v.
the source of this voltage is IC OB3350CP AND A FET AND CIOL AND DIODE its similar to pfc circle after checking all voltages and resi diode the backlight stop working.
i dismantel the panel to check the led strips.
ther 3 lines in parrlel each line with 9 leds.
i present an ext supply of about 5v to each led and i found in each line... -

i did it and now the tv works about 30 min no smell of burn in trans or somthing alse i need to operet on and off alots of time to see if the problem comeback again .0
if it will be ok that means that the ic is bad?.
