Best Source for TV Repair Kits Visio 0500-0612-0140

I need to know the best source for T.V. P.S. Repair Kits. Normally you don't need every part in the kit. Use what you need from it and keep the other parts for future use. At least you will have part numbers of common parts that fail.
At this time I need one for a Vizio M550 SV P.S. 0500-0612-0140

P.S. has 169vdc. No Stby 5vdc. I found no problems with any capacitors, diodes, transistors, voltage regulators or Mosfets. EPROM? or one of the IC chips? I could not find a schematic. Any help is appreciated

If no 5V standby, check the SMPS IC on the backside of the power board (it will be on the hot side). Google each 8 pin IC and see which one is the SMPS IC. Then measure the SMPS IC VCC voltage in wrt to GND. I'm guessing the VCC startup voltage is in the 14 to 16V range. Check capacitor that is connected to the VCC startup IC pin as well.

BTW, I'm not circuit pcb designer/layout guy, but this LG power board seems pretty nice.

        In particular,

        - all the transistors, mosfets, bridge rectifiers are mounted on a heatsink
        - there seems to be adequate spacing between the above and capacitors so the capacitors don't get too hot
        - name brand Japanese United Chemi-Con capacitors (KY in cold side)
        - largeish board allows more spacing between components making component level repair eaiser

I never thought I would see high quality name brand capacitors anymore in consumer TVs at any price. I'm also surprised that LG, a Korean company, didn't pick Samwha or some other Korean made/based capacitor.

I had 169 vdc across the main filter cap. T checked all the pins on the resonate controller 8 pin chip. No voltage on any pin. The customer was wanting it fixed so he told me to order board instead if trying to fix it. Vizio had one . I have to send it in for a core or be charged 50 bucks. There was no 5vdc. Completely dead
