PC502 has no voltage input. so it must be something with Q203.

Ah... the PC502 opto is bad! short on the pin 1 and 2. replaced and opto is actived BUT... Q503 base is still 15V.
I decided to jump with C and E on Q503 seem like 50% working the 24V output is 13V and 12V output is 8V.. ummm... Sound like the 12V and 24V have auto shutdown when something is short circuit. I am gonna disconnect the backlight to see what's happen.

SHOOT! I found out the U101 has bad chip.. because PIN 16 has signal output. but PIN 11 has NO signal output. I already replace the chip.. oh boy! have to order the chip again.. but I am thinking to buy a PSU board for once. what do you think?

                It broken by the lightening.

Its may be time to buy the board, but if the TV was hit by lighting you then may have bad main board also.

Those lightning specials can be a real pain in the rear to fix. If it is economical to get a new board, I'd buy the board. If you can't get the board anymore and you need to have it working, you got to go fix it.

                      Re: DP40142 Power Supply

Alright, first I have to do my own power supply for 5V, 12V, 24V to connect it and to see if other boards are good then get new PSU if not then trash it.

THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR INPUTS!!!!
