So I got from a friend this bravia, with a fault that it has no picture. The green led comes on, but no backlight or sound. After a minute or so it shuts down and starts blinking red led(first 1 time then a second delay then 13 times and a second delay, and then it starts blinking 14 times with a one second delay at a loop). So I have taken the back cover off and measured the voltages of the main board(though the error code suggest t-con, panel or inverter/balancer?).
In CN6150 (Mainboard) and CN6151 (T-con) everything is ok, but CN6701(inverter) the FB(feedback?) lines are at 0 volts, LD lines are at 11,5 volts and the vcc_12v is 12 volts. But the high voltage line read 0 volts.
In the CN6154 Dimmer line is at 2,3 volts, backlight on/off is at 0 volts, inv_err is at 2 volts and barancer_err is at 0 volts.
I have tried running the tv without t-con board, but it does the same. Do you have any ideas where to look? I was wondering is the power board broken or just some protection system that doesnt allow the high voltage line to come up.
