    It could be the remote sensor and buttons.

    You could try jumping on then powersupply and backlight to rule out the powersupply board.

    upload some photos always helps.

                3.3v to PWR-ON with a ~500ohm resistor then check voltages

                        Re: Lg 32ln530b-ua

                        3.3 is generated by Diode D203, C201, LB201, and C209 form the Pi filter for the 3.3V. Please verify.
                        The 12V output is generated by buckconverter IC202.
                        Check the DCV on the two legs of the filter caps C203, C204 to see what you have, you should have about 24VDC which is fed to the backlight boost converter circuit to drive the LEDs.
                        The electronics switch SMD Q201 is turned on by the PS-ON to supply the Voltage to run the 12V buck converter Power supply IC202 and also feed the 24V output connector.
                        So for you to have 12V out put, switch Q201 must be working to supply 24V to run the 12V switching power supply.

                            But the 12V stays on? this done with PS-ON pin stays connected to the 3.3V pin through the resistor and no cable connected to the main board, right?

                                    Ok this is making no sense to me at all.

                                    Can you list the connector pins P201 like this

                                    GND = 0v
                                    GND = 0v
                                    12v = 12v
                                    N.C = 0v
                                    12v = 12v

                                    etc etc

                                    Looking back at the initial posts.... You say you had the 12v present at P201 before jumping the PS-ON signal with the main disconnected??

                                    How are you testing the voltages?.. Red to pin Black to chassis?

                                          Hello everyone!

                                          Tonight I picked up a Samsung UN65NU6900FXZA with a curious issue.

                                          Symptoms:

                                          1) Plug TV in to AC outlet, stand-by light illuminates briefly and goes out.
                                          2) TV does not appear to turn on
                                          3) Backlights do not illuminate, voltages associated with backlights on Power Supply are not present
                                          4) "Power on" terminal on Power Supply has 3.26v
                                          5) "A13V" terminals have 12.9v
                                          6) Stand-by test jumper on Power Supply has 12.9V
                                          7) Optical audio jack on Main Board illuminates
                                          8) With stand-by...

                                          Hi all,
                                          this unit comes from a samsumg LCD TV LE32C530F1W which stopped working after making a strong noise like something was exploded inside of it.
                                          I opened it and found that fuse FP801S was blown, capacitor CP814 was completely disintegrated and MOSFET QP801S was shorted.
                                          I replaced all of them and instead of the fuse I connected a 100 Watt bulb. Then, without connecting it to other TV boards, I switched it on, but the bulb begun to blink.
                                          I thought that maybe the bulb was somehow interfering with the normal operation of the power supply, so I replaced it with a fuse,...

                                          Hi everyone,

                                          Brought a non functionnal PS5. Apparently only a bad PSU...
                                          No beep, nothing.

                                          After some tests i found this :
                                          - PSU is fine (12 volts stable)
                                          - 12 volts line is shorted
                                          - DA9065 was fried, F7003 also => Replaced both of them, short is gone on 12 volts line, no dead short anywhere else.
                                          - By the way, nothing change. No signal, no power, no beep.

                                          Mesuring all rails with my workbench psu (12 volts input)
                                          - 0.00 amp drawing
                                          - 12 volts, 5 volts, 2 volts, 1,15 volts are presents (suppose new DA9065 do is...

                                          Hello, everyone!
                                          I have here a Schenker VIA 15 PRO, with this numbers on the board: PF 4NU1F V1.0 and P/N: MBPPF4NU18-F310 .
                                          I took out the memory and the battery and the SSD.

                                          So, in stand-by, only the board, takes 36mA. No power-button pressed at all, I can measure 1.8V, 3.3V, 5V. All coils present voltages except the two power rails for the CPU. The CPU is a AMD Ryzen 5 4600H.
                                          After pressing the power-button, the current raises to 500mA and the two power rails for the CPU show up with 0.8V.
                                          After several seconds, the fans switch-off and the board keeps powered...
