philips 42pf5520d plasma, not the usual click of death issue

Been given one of these dreaded machines to use as a kids den display for their console. Its exhibiting a weird behaviour in that when in standby, the screen goes on and off randomly and the green led flickers. I've pulled the board out and all the caps look good, even the ones under the heat sinks. Also ive been over the board looking for cold solder and burned smd resistors on the back.

The caps on it are samxon so less likely to be nasty

Where should i be looking for issues in the standby circuit?

Firstly lets see what voltages are at the connector from PSU to Main, Meter on DCV settings at each pin when attempting to power up.

If there are voltages written next to connector let us know what they are and what reading you get for each one.

Also pictures of your boards and overall layout please

Philips 43PUS7506/12 - Loud blown out sound
      by aidanmo
      Hello,

I've got a really strange issue with the speakers on my Philips 43PUS7506/12. It makes this awful loud buzzing now. It happened after it was attempted to be wall mounted - I think the back got squeezed and something broke.
I thought maybe the speakers got damaged, so I replaced them - no dice.
      • Using the internal speakers, it always happens.
      • Using the headphone jack, it never happens.
      • Using the digital/optical out with a soundbar - it happens after about 2h/movie runtime - it's never as drastic, it just pops in and out, but I didn't want it to damage the sound bar

      Samsung PS51E550 Plasma TV
      by ArMaaN376
      Hello,
I am having Samsung PS51E550 Plasma TV. While the TV was working, a crackling sound heard & video went off with audio still ON. After switching it off & ON, the red LED on TV blinks six times & then off.
Opened TV cover & observed foll
      a) Green LED on the small PCB blinks at @5-6sec ON & off for 3-4 secs. Red LED on logic board ON
b)Vs & Va on power supply board raises momentarily to 209v & 58v resp & then drops.
      c) Cold test on Y-main board shows all 3 pins of FGPF4536 IGBT short to Grnd.
How to confirm Y -Buffer board...

      Panasonic plasma TX-P42ST50 - 6 blinks
      by jm1234
      Hi,
anyone able to provide the service manual for old plasma Panasonic TX-P42ST50E?
It turns off almost immediately (0~5 seconds after pressing the on/off button) and starts flashing the red diode 6 times.
I disconnected the left-hand side board (SC?, both the ribbon cable and the power cable to it) and also another ribbon going to bottom left board. Then the led signal is 8 flashes. According to service guide to another Panasonic plasma it would mean the left-hand side board is faulty. But I'm not sure it 100% applies to my model.
I checked that board for any obvious faults...

Hitachi 55HDS69 55" Plasma TV - No Picture But Sound
      by KYBOSH
Picked up a bahemoth plasma TV not too long ago and just now getting around to looking at it.
No picture but you hear the TV static (white noise) playing loud and clear.
The back was already taken off (and no screws were provided) as the previous owner had already taken a look.
But it seems they didn't get too far and just left it.

When I first took a look I was amazed at how pristine the inside looked.
Its as if the TV had been in a time capsule.
Caps looked like they were just pulled off the self.
Copper coils had no sign of corrosion on...
