How do you know that's what it is? Did you look it up somewhere or is this common knowledge for people who know electronics? Any 24 v zener diode will work? I've checked every diode around that one and checked several more out of circuit and found one that reads .1xx. I'm gonna replace that one too. Next I'm going to check mosfets and transistors. I found a repair kit at shopjimmy.Com and I'm making sure to check everything that comes in that kit also. Thank you!
First off... finding some of them diodes or any other component can be hard. sometimes you need to either add or delete some letters to get that answer what you want. In your case I already knew the answer, as I ran into that problem before. The diode you are looking for is a "BS series". Here is a datasheet on the BS series: http://www.alldatasheet.com/datashee...LEC/24BSB.html
Also check resistors, they can be open or changed value. The later can be a bitch.
