My voltage reading coming out of the T.RSC8.10B 12305 board going into the TV BACKLIGHT INVERTER BOARD - VIC91801.BZ seems to be good. My question is "what should my voltage be coming out of the VIC91801.BZ board (see pictured) pink & white wires?

So you do have 24VDC feeding the inverter board but how about the BL-ON (INV-ON) and DIM signals? Fuse on the inverter board is OK?
What are the numbers as printed on the barcode sticker?
Do not try to measure the HV outputs unless you want to damage the meter.
Are you working on the same make and model of the OP's TV?
