OK, the Voltage readings that you have posted shows that the MOSFET is not being turned on. Pin 2 which is the Gate pin of the MOSFET (one of the two MOSFETs) stays at 6.18V when TV is on, it should be <2V for the MOSFET to be fully on.
You can connect 100 Ohms resistor between pin 2 and the chassis GND then you will see the Voltage at the output pin (5&6).

Tomorrow I will try this. But I think you ment I should see the Voltage at pins 7&8. If this this works should I connect the tcon to the mainboard and check is there any picture?

Sorry, you are correct, pin 7 & 8 (Drain pins)

I think this picture will show something more that the others I posted. It is taken with no video signal sent to the TV:

This one looks like GAMMA Voltages problem, but I suspect the main board may be the problem since it is not sending the signal to turn on the MOSFET for the T-CON either.
Need to see if the T-CON uses AS15 or AS19 GAMMA Voltage ref IC.
Notes: I looked at your T-CON board and do not see ASxx IC used in your board.
I wonder if firmware updated may fix the pictures problem or the service menu needs to be checked, I will let TOM66 guide you on that one.

Is it possible to be the cable connection the t-con and the main board. I will tell you why I think this should be the cause. This cable is connected with a screw on the middle of the TV for ground. After removing it the picture become really better than the first pictures but there is still some color problems. When i touch the cable on the side where it connects to the mainboard I think it is changing sometimes to better. The cable there is realy curved to connect to the board.
