Аgain after failure of service to repair my TV , I turn to you for help.
Аfter I turn on the TV picture looks thus


Any help and advice is welcome to me

The T-Con board is under the power supply. See the white LVDS ribbon cable going from the main board into the metal shield with a bunch of tape on it? That's where the T-Con board is.

now look the tcon over real good, check anything with an F, F=fuse. thinking since you have a pic., the fuse or fuses are prob. ok, but dont hurt to check.

not exactly sure, but I used a car fuse with same rating on my inverter board, put it right on top of the surface mounted fuse, its been working fine.

be sure and double check, but I thought I read you could use a pico fuse.

I might have my posts mixed up, did you say you did find a bad fuse on tcon?

Last all the fuses that I found work
Оne of them doubted me but I uninstalled it and put the external for testing unfortunately it is not the problem

guess it depends on what you want to do, I would prob. go for a tcon, they usually arent to expensive, could fix it quick, or at least you rule it out and have a spare in case you ever need it.

Fuses wouldn't cause this issue. Bad fuse, no picture at all. No poor image.
Your T-con uses AS15-F IC, so a good idea to check GAMMA voltages.

Near the left hand ribbon in this picture there is an array of points, and there is a legend "C" encoding what each of these points is from VGAMA1 thru 22 (some may be omitted)

With everything connected & TV powered on check voltage on each VGAMA and report readings with gamma number, e.g.

VGAMA1 - 0.01V
VGAMA2 - 0.74V
...
VGAMA22 - 14.99V

To the right of those dots there's a block marked "C" which has the VGAMA numbers.

yes I saw it -1,2,6,7,8,10,11,12,13,15,16,17,21,22
but I do not know how they are placed on the points.Оnly number one is marked and i have only 18 points not 22
And in legend I have a 14 point
