i need help with this vertical white line on the right side when the TV starts 2 second it goes away please look at the picture and your advise is needed thanks in advance

Looks like a tab bond/panel fault but try reseating all cables especially on this board:
ETV8280 but it might also be the tcon starting to go - the main chip on that is available as a spare part if you have the equipment/ability to fix it.
