I never heard of them before, so it comes out to be about $50 per board, if they have good warranty then it is probably OK.
May be some one in this forum can chime in if they use them before.

How can I find out the rating for this fuse? I would like to pull one off another board I have laying around to see if it stops the flicker. I have atleast 20 tvs in my garage right now. All broken

OK, they are all good except that there is no 12V feeding the U35 7805, this 12V will be present when power switch is activated and the main board sends out the PS_ON signal to turn on the main power supply.

The tv was powered on. White logo on front....

What you should do first is to find out if the load side of the fuse (the side of the fuse that does not show the Voltage) has low resistance due to fault or not.
So with TV unplugged, put meter in Ohm mode, black probe on the chassis, red probe on the end of the fuse that did not show the Voltage and see what you get.
Is there a letter or marking printed on top of the fuse?

Has a W or M on the fuse. The meter jumps around to 476

Hopefully that was the right setting.

476 Ohms? That is quite low, I expect in the 1000's of Ohms.

1000 would mean open? What if that red cord comes off the led and powers the tcon? Would that fuse cause all these problems? There are 3 other fuses on the same board that have the 24v on each side. That one does not.

The other side of that fuse went to 2000s

Fuse is blown for reason due to over current, but some time the fuse just fail due to stress. You use 1~2A fuse for a start, no need to remove the old one, you can just solder the wires to the fuse ends of the old fuse and the other ends of the wires to the new fuse.

I can only find like a 4A fuse at the moment. Didn't want to try that because you said 1-2...

So what size fuse did you use, i do not expect the fuse that size to be more than 2~3A.

Just a update. The mainboard got replaced and the tv comes on. But now there are black bars on the screen.
